The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), yang didirikan di tahun 1991, merupakan sebuah perusahaan pemerintah yang dibangun untuk menyalurkan program bantuan dana pemerintah Korea. KOICA memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan hubungan kerja sama yang erat dan kooperatif dengan negara berkembang melalui bantuan yang disalurkan guna perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi. KOICA memiliki program yang tersebar di berbagai bidang, seperti Fellowship Program, Korea Volunteer Dispatching Program, Humanitarian Assistance & Disaster Relief, Public-Private Partnership, Bilateral and Multilateral Projects dsb.

Persyaratan Beasiswa KOICA 2023

Kualifikasi:

– Semua pendaftar wajib memiliki kewarganegaraan dari negara yang telah ditentukan (termasuk Indonesia).

– Semua pendaftar merupakan pegawai pemerintah dan secara resmi diajukan oleh pihak yang berwenang kepada program KOICA Scholarship.

– (Diutamakan) Memiliki usia di bawah 40 tahun (Lahir setelah 1 Januari 1983).

– Semua pendaftar wajib berada dalam kondisi yang sehat, baik secara mental dan fisik untuk melakukan studi di Korea selama kurun waktu yang telah ditentukan.

– Pendaftar yang memiliki keterbatasan, namun dalam kondisi fisik dan mental yang baik, diperbolehkan untuk mendaftar

– Pendaftar dengan penyakit serius TIDAK DIPERBOLEHKAN mendaftar.

Pendaftar wajib telah menyelesaikan pendidikan minimum per 28 Februari 2023.
Pendaftar wajib memiliki kefasihan berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan. Hal tersebut diperlukan guna mengikuti pembelajaran dalam bahasa Inggris serta menulis laporan dan thesis dalam bahasa Inggris.
(Diutamakan) Dipekerjakan oleh pemerintah selama dan sesudah program (terlibat dalam bidang keahlian sebagai pegawai pemerintah resmi)

※ Nama pendaftar dalam bahasa Inggris WAJIB sesuai dengan nama pada passport.

※ Ketidaksesuaian nama pendaftar (nama belakang, nama pertama, nama tengah) dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses pengajuan visa.

2) Surat rekomendasi dari pemerintah negara pendaftar.

3) Scanned copy dari passport pendaftar yang masih berlaku*

* Hingga tanggal kembali dari studi

* Pendaftar yang memiliki passport yang masih berlaku namun tidak sampai akhir program, direkomendasikan untuk memperbaharuinya sebelum berangkat dari negara asal.

Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Sekitar KRW 79,210 Per bulan
Jaminan Kesehatan untuk kecelakaan tak terduga atau penyakit (tunjangan dapat bervariasi dalam setiap kasus)

KOICA Scholarship Program 2023: Application Guideline for Master and Doctoral Degree

Description About KOICA

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), established in 1991, is a governmental agency dedicated to providing Korea’s grant aid programs. KOICA aims to promote amicable, cooperative relationships and mutual exchanges with developing countries by rendering support for their socioeconomic development. KOICA has been engaging in a wide range of schemes ,including the Fellowship Program, Korea Volunteer Dispatching Program, Humanitarian Assistance & Disaster Relief, Public-Private Partnership, Bilateral and Multilateral Projects etc.

Requirements

Qualifications:

– All applicants must hold citizenship of the designated countries (including Indonesia).

– All applicants must be government officials and officially nominated by their governments for the KOICA Scholarship program.

– (Preferably) Under age 40 (Born after January 1, 1983).

– All applicants must be in good health, both mentally and physically to study in Korea for the full duration of the program.

– Applicants with disabilities, but in good mental and physical health, are eligible to apply.

– Applicants with severe illness are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.

Applicants must have obtained the required degree (minimum level of education indicated above) by February 28, 2023.
Applicants must have a good command of English both in speaking and writing. It is required to take classes conducted entirely in English and be able to write academic reports and theses in English.
(Preferable) Employed by your government during and after the program (be engaged in the expertized area of your study as an official servant of your government).

※ Any discrepancy in the applicant’s name (family, given, middle name) will cause a delay in visa processing

2) The letter of Recommendation from the applicant’s government

* Until the expected date of return

* An applicant who has a valid passport but not until the end of the Program, is recommended to renew it before he/she departs home country.

Part of the expenses needed for study visits, workshops, Korean language classes and others, except for regular classes.
Universities Dormitory.
Scholarship Completion Grants (Master) KRW 300,000 (Doctoral) KRW 600,000/ONCE.
National Health Insurance Approx. KRW 79,210 Per month.
Private Medical Insurance for Unexpected Accidents or Illnesses (benefit may differ to each case).
